This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is established between [Name of the Licensor] and [Name of the Licensee] for the licensing of software provided by [Licensor], effective as of [Effective Date].
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the [Software Name] (“Software”) for personal or commercial use subject to the terms of this agreement.
The Licensee shall not: (a) redistribute the Software; (b) modify or create derivative works based on the Software; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
